In case you book a room on the link we provide, the hotel will only charge one (1) night accommodation as deposit after 3rd of December 2023. The remaining accommodation costs and either the mandatory 60 € food & beverage consumption or the amount exceeding this for your pre-selected meals will be charged only upon arrival.
The one (1) night deposit mentioned above is non-refundable, except in case of vis major related to Covid.
Check-in time is 15:00
Check-out time is 10:00
In case of late check-out, 50% rate will be due until 6 pm. and 100% will be charged afterwards.
Cancelation
The hotel is flexible with Covid related cancelations. Full refund is due in case the cancelation is happening because of travel restrictions or Covid illness.
Other than that, the cancellation fees are as follows:
- till 2nd of December 2023: it is free of charge
- from 3rd of December 2023 to 22nd December 2023: it is 50%
- after 23rd December 2023: it is 100%

Food & Beverage Guarantee: €60 / person / stay (including 8% service charge)
As the hotel introduced this a few years ago, there is a mandatory minimum consumption for everyone during their hotel stay. No matter how many nights you spend as a hotel guest, this minimum mandatory consumption for the entire duration of the BudaFest 2023 event is €60 per person. This Food & Beverage Guarantee can be used during the guests stay across the Food & Beverage outlets of the hotel (kiosk upstairs on conference level, Corso restaurant and bar downstairs) during the time of the event.
The mandatory food & beverage consumption will be charged to guests upon arrival, do not forget to spend it! Certainly, this amount will only be charged if you haven’t pre-selected other meals for yourself before, which have an equivalent or higher total value.
TIP: If you don’t pay for half-board accomodation this year, but still want to experience what it’s like, you can use this amount for 3 breakfasts, for example.
